Discount Tire

I spent 3 hours yesterday trying to order tires on Discount Tire online. The form would not allow me to complete the order. I had to change my email addresses & passwords & finally got to complete & pay. I called the Kissimmee discount tire & got no satisfaction concerning the online problems. I told them I was 150 miles from their business & needed to have my wife bring in the car to change tires. I made the appointment for 1st person at opening 8:45 a.m. today 8/10/2022. My wife was there early, but at opening she was told the appointment was for tomorrow. She said they were rude & definitely not helpful. When I got an email from the store saying that the car service was complete, I called her... She said the car was still on the rack in the air. 10 minutes later, she was told the car was finished.

I have been taking 3 vehicles there for many years... That has stopped. Discount tire does not want me as a customer. So I say goodbye to discount tire... Will find another tire place that treats people correctly.
