RaceWay Gas Stations

I called raceway on 4/6/19 to inquire about gas that I accidentally left on a pump. I was answered by a woman who does not speak English. I asked my question and she hung up on me. I called back she hung up on me again. I asked to speak to a manager She also put a man on the phone who claimed he was a manager too. I arrived to the store and She told me she was a manager and that the man on the phone had left. It had only been about 3 minutes. She continued to be rude and offered me. I help. Please help. This lady has horrible customer service.
