I made an appointment for my daughter and I on 7/15/21, I specified that I wanted students that were already working or have the experience working with my type of hair and daughter's. The woman that I made our appointment with, said that she understands that I wanted stylists that were close to graduating and verified that they had been assigned to us. However, my stylist didn't wash out all of the coloring and conditioner; I told her my scalp was itching fiercely as she checked my scalp she noticed that She hadn't washed out the conditioner in back of my hair. She proceeded to spray water all over my hair and took a cloth to rub my scalp at top and back. I told her I wanted my hair straight with the ends bent. She didn't know how apparently; and as she was blow drying my hair she was burning my neck as water dripping down my back from what she sprayed. She couldn't bend my front for a bang, so she had a leader to come and that's when I knew ; for my daughter's experience was even worse because that person didn't know how to flat iron hair or wash hair; she and I were very disappointed and unhappy.
