InTown Suites - Late fee

Jan 13th 2024 at 11am. My name is Rocco Daman Room 307. I went to pay the rent at 1030am was told to come back at 11am. I came back no one was there. I saw the front desk manager on the property and was told to wait. And come back when she was done doing her rounds. I went back up to the front desk after all that delay and was told I owe a late fee. When I asked why? I was told to pay it or leave. Very rude person along with a late fee that I am not responsible for. She was late. I made every attempt to pay first thing in the morning.

Claimed loss: 30.00

Desired outcome: Refund late fee please.
