Aspen Dental - Poor patient care& customer service

Failing crowns and bridge after Aspen Care and in tremendous pain. I called Aspen on morning of May 31st in pain asking if they could fit me in for an emergency appt to help relieve my pain. The receptionist quickly told me that would not be possible. She was more focused on booking me for an appointment to come in for more x-rays! I explained to her that I've had x-rays less than 4 months ago, that I just wanted to be seen by a dentist and relief from the pain. I quickly realized I was getting nowhere. ( This is after spending thousands of dollars at Aspen for questionable care at best.) They were booking me for deep cleanings every 3 months and charging me an extra $200 for some stuff they shot up into pocket of my bridge and crown which was very painful. The very same bridge and crown are failing me now. I've now found a new dentist that seen me immediately to alleviate my pain. New dentist seen no reason I was being scheduled so often for the deep cleanings. I now need 2 root canals in crowns that we're perfectly fine until Aspen performed unnecessary treatments. I will never return to Aspen and will strongly advise anyone to seek more qualified dentists elsewhere. Your mouth and pocketbook will thank you.

Desired outcome: I want the public to be aware of Aspen's bait and switch business tactics. They care about you until they get you in the door and signed up for unnecessary & undesired treatment plans.

Aspen Dental - dentures

I went to them for dentures in April.I had 2 teeth extracted, one was very short and she had default getting it out. After several visits, I told them about the sore spot where the problem tooth was extracted.I was told it would take six months to heal.On my last visit/OCT.23, 2015 it was still the major problem, so I requested a x-ray this time, since it has been 6 months and it still hurts.So after the x-ray I was told it was a bone spur and it would cost $57.50 to get it taken care of.this problem was there when she pulled the tooth which caused the bone spur.this is very dishonest and unacceptable as a patient.they accepted my MONEYwith a smile and did not complete their work properly.I will continue to give them bad reviews.they are located in the River City Marketplace
