I paid cash for my furniture in Nov 29 2024 6001 Argyle forest Blvd. store and was supposed to be delivered Jan 15th. I was called and told it was back ordered, and new delivery date was Feb 20th. On Feb 16th I called to get an update and was told everything in good and delivery will be on the 20th. On the 19that 1:35 pm I get a call and was told only 3 out of the 7 pieces of furniture will be delivered and the rest backordered to August! I sold our furniture on the 18th to make room for the new furniture that isn't being delivered.
Desired outcome: Fire Hanna the manager, didn't call be back and I had to drive to the store and speak to her! She said all she could do is refund my money or sale me something different which would also be back ordered. No customer service whatsoever!!
