LongHorn Steakhouse - the food was horrible.

We visited This location for the first time on 9-20-19 at 7:00 PM. My husband ordered a T-Bone steak medium- well $25.00, and I ordered a Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs $21 with light sauce. Both meals were undercooked. The T-bone was rare, and raw near the bone. The ribs were tough, chewy and pink in the center. Not the tender fall off the bone we were expecting. The waitress was called and the ribs returned for another order. About 10 minutes later the original ribs were returned and appeared they were nuked in the microwave. Recalled the waitress and had her return them a second time. The new ribs arrived 15 minutes later, but were no different from the original. Not wanting to make a scene We asked the waitresses for take-out bags to bring the food home where we finished cooking the ribs and steaks ourselves.
