My husband and I recently moved from Monticello, Minnesota to Fort Myers Florida. Our favorite fast food restaurant has been Culver's — at least in Minesota. My husband and I ordered hamburgers and onion rings for dine-in service. We sat near a window and watched vehicle after vehicle go through the take-out lane for 45 minutes without being served. Meanwhile, several tables that were seated after us received meals. I went to the counter to find out what the problem might be. Our order was handed to me on a tray without apology or concern. When I took the food to our table, we found the onion rings to be hot, but the hamburgers lukewarm.
This is NOT the kind of service we expect from Culver's who, for years, has provided both good food AND good service. The work ethic in this particular establishment is far less than desirable. I don't normally complain, but I am certain that Craig Culver would be appalled at the incompetence and lack of customer concern shown at this restaurant. I would rate this particular store with 1 star. Thank you for your kind attention.
