Crunch Fitness - Remove fraudulent charges posted on my account.

Fraudulent Charges on my account. Crunch charged my credit card a monthly bill of $31.57 On March 13 and April 13th and now they posted a past due amount of 113.00 on my account. What is going on?! My credit card number was replaced but the monthly charges automatically transferred to the new card. I am not behind on my payments and need these charges removed and my account updated.
