Ocean Harbor / Pearl Holding Group

This company took $2000 off of my settlement to pay for storage. I haven't received the settlement at this time. They took 3 weeks to send an adjuster out to look at my car. They never even notified me that someone went out. The shop where my car was located advised me they came out the day before and said my car was repairable. My car was totaled the airbags were deployed and it wasn't drivable. Until I am made whole, this will not end. The also charged me a deductible and progressive said they would pay them the deductible. This is a shady company and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They don't answer the phones and they don't call you back. They are also liars. Call me Joe. Call me Chris. Do your jobs! LM
