Yesterday a dining set was delivered to our sons apartment. The set is too large for the area. I called to have them come and take it back. I am being told that it is a 20% restocking fee. That is not what is says on line you have 1-10 business days to return your purchase. I contacted the customer service team (who are not very user friendly) letting them know what their website indicated. They told me that is only for online purchases. No where on the site does it indicate On Line Purchases have a different return policy than purchasing direct. I know now why I never shopped at Badcock before!
