On October 3, 2023, at 7:08 pm I called for towing service. On October 4, 2023, at 9:45 am I called for the 7th time to ask for service. Approximately 19 hours later we received service. My husband and I spoke to 7 customer service operators. The first one we spoke to was rude, condescending and accusatory. She also gave the wrong pick-up address after I spelled it out letter by letter (P as in Paul etc.) Her name was Annette. I will never forget her name. Every time I called, I was told it would be 105 minutes for pick-up. At 1:30 am a person claiming to be a manager reported that we wouldn't have service until 8:30 am.
My husband and I are elderly and knew of only one person who could help and he was out of town. Our 2014 Chrysler 200 S died at a very busy intersection in Delray Beach, Florida. Eight miles away is our home in Boynton Beach. I won't go into details, but it was very dangerous where our vehicle was situated. We lived a nightmare due to AAA's incompetence.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology. The name of a company who has ethics and if we should need service will show up after a reasonable amount of time.
