I paid my rental storage charges in full and on time. I moved out one week later and Public Storage refuses to refund my overpayment or even reply to my letters. This location was not air conditioned and my items were damaged with rodent urine and feces. I rented this unit for about 2 years only to be treated like this in the end. As a military veteran and loyal customer, I feel betrayed by Public Storage.
