7-Eleven - Racist behavior (racist name calling and threats) from a 7 eleven employee

A brand new 7-Eleven store just opened around the corner from home with a gas station. I have been going there to get gas for our cars and so has my wife for the past year since they opened.

A few weeks ago before work I stopped to get a fill up with gas and I wanted to go in the store and buy coffee since it was around 5:20 in the morning. This was a Sunday morning. The employee had the store locked up even though the sign said it was open. She didn’t want to let me in. She open the door and asked me what I wanted and I informed her that I was just trying to get coffee she disrespected me made me feel uncomfortable, so I changed my mind and turned around and left. She lost control and went into a racist rant yelling at me as I walked away in front of others telling me “[censored] yo mother” “[censored] your job” “[censored] you cracker [censored] cracker”, “cracker mother [censored]er” etc. I walked away. The lady that was there that witnessed everything riding the bicycle was apologizing for this hateful, black woman, 7-Eleven employee. I went to work, filed a complaint on your complaint website. The owner or manager called me. I told him everything that happened and I asked him to check his cameras. He started defending her saying that she was working the night shift. I told him anyone can get mad at me if they want for any reason, that’s fine but to get racial is wrong! to say hateful racist things like that using blatant hate speech is wrong.

He told me he was going to talk to her review the video and get back to me and he never did I see she’s still working there and nothing has changed except I will not go back to that store again. I followed up by calling him and leaving a message and he never called me back. Apparently that owner or manager doesn’t have a problem with what she did to me.

Desired outcome: I want justice. I want restitution! it’s been several weeks and every time I drive by 7-Eleven I remember. A corporation like that should treat its customers better.
