Taco Bell - service

Dear Customer service,
I am writing to let you know of an incident I had at your 12816 US Highway 301, Dade City, FL 33525 Dade City, FL location last February 28th. I ordered two Crunchy Taco's to go and paid the clerk. She did not have change in the drawer and called the manager "Mar" to make change. He did so by opening the safe and exchanging the 40.00 in 20's for 5's and 1's. I watched him as he took the money out and laid it on the floor counting out the exchange in the food gloves he wore. After handing the money to the clerk for the register, he turned and went to the workstation and proceeded to make my Taco's. I told the clerk I didn't want those Taco's as "Mar" did not change his gloves after he was working with the money on the floor. She asked about another girl making me the Taco's who was at the drive through window. I didn't want to be difficult, but she to was earing gloves and taking money from the window and proceeding to work with the food. I asked if I could just be refunded and all would be fine. "Mar" came to the front counter, from the food prep station and still in gloves. He asked, do you want a refund? And I replied yes please. He proceeded to give me the 3.00 I paid and when he turned around, he said "and don't come back". I said to the girl, did he just tell me not to come back? Of course, she did not know what to say. I asked that she ask Mar to come back to the front. He returned and I asked, did you tell me not to come back? And he replied is that what you heard? And I said yes that is what I thought you said. He said, "well then, you have a good day". I wanted to be surprised, but I am not in today's culture. I was not acting harshly or disrespectful. I simply didn't want to have my food made by gloves handling money off the floor. Upon leaving, I thought about what had just happened I could see that, if there was training at this location, it was not adequate, or it is not being respected. I want to let you know because while I enjoy the food at "Taco Bell" and crave your Crunchy Taco's from time to time. I believe I will honor Mar's request and stop visiting His store. Unfortunately, I know he could possibly work at the Zephyrhills location as well and this behavior could be there as well. Living in a Spanish community I guess I will visit only those authentic restaurants in the area and miss out on what I considered a choice restaurant. I am not criticizing your Company, but rather informing you of bad behavior.
