My husband and I bought a bedroom set in or about 2/2019. We went to Texas from The end of March till July 11, 2019. We have been back sleeping in the bed since then. Since 9/19 my husband and I both experienced back pain. As I changed the linens on the bed I noticed a dip in the bed. I put a string on the bed and it was way off. On 10/19 we went to rent a center and asked them how to use our warranty, the salesman, who set the mattress up told us when he installed it he forgot to put the middle slate on the bed. He said he would switch it out for a better mattress and it would cost 200 more and he would provide a different frame. He called around and found one King mattress down south and we told him we work and the bed is very uncomfortable. My husband called again on Wednesday to find out we're the mattress is and complain we should not have to pay the 200 as we would never be complaining had the bed been put together correctly. So in the meantime as we wait we are extremely uncomfortable. Have doctors bills from the last two weeks and missed work for a day. We still have not been given a time or date of delivery. There are a few other issues we've had with them and I complaining as I will never purchase anything from rentacenter again. Nor would I recommend to my friends and family.
