LabCorp

I just came from the LabCorp and Walgreens on Lantana Road And jog Road. I scanned in my primary insurance, which is Medicare and my secondary insurance, which is Emblem Health GHI senior care it excepted it when I go in for the test nurse one said Medicare doesn't cover the cost of my blood test. I asked her why she said I don't know they just don't cover it. I said I have secondary insurance that is scanned and she said she couldn't find it Nurse who said you got you gotta contact LabCorp this is America these things happen I said what do you mean this is America then she said you're supposed to know these things nurse too said this I'm supposed to know how LabCorp processes information I said I'm a teacher do you know anything about teaching, so as I finally was ready to leave, nurse said all this is because your doctor forgot to include the specific code for the test. All they had to do was just start off by saying you're missing the code and not give me a lecture and how I'm supposed to know about your LabCorp procedures or why this happens in America I am extremely upset about these people. Please contact me after they resolve it. Otherwise I'll be taking my business request.
