Good morning:

My order number was W00667693029243. The flowers were delivered on time but they certainly were not a "large" bouquet or were the same as the beautiful flowers I picked from your website. They were also hastily put together (see pic) .

I called the local delivery florist who delivered them and although he was professional, he was not willing to issue me any adjustment on the price. He stated your company sends him a recipe he has to follow. I was embarrassed for the recipient on the sub standard flowers delivered.

I have been using your company for quite some time and now that I see what the flowers will look like, I will never order from you again.

I am requesting some type of price adjustment.
