I use to love the store
But at the Boca Raton store very tomei am in Boca.
This time I could not find the size of the store and was encouraged to use your delivery services
I use frequently other stores delivery and amazon prime and I am pretty satisfied with them
I did order 4 shoes in line on 27 December - at the checkoit I was informed that one was no longer available. It. Happens. But I made sure to check the time to deliver as Iam only available to receive it up to 4 January
Big mistake
Non of them are now arriving on time.
Used the phone to complain
Terrible
At the end without notice they forwarded my call to fedex
Which did not accept thenorser number
So third call third dead end
Such a nice shop
And such terrible delivery Service...
I asked for a solution
I could have picked up at the store if I was informed earlier I asked for using an expedite service as you were not living up to your delivery expectations
No answer - just passed to another subcontracted service agent on the phone unable
To solve anything but just repeating the same phrase which's exactly what you do not need.
Now
3 shoes are arriving and nobody to receive! Andado not know the possible outcome of that!
Very unhappy
You will no have a happy costumer anymore for sure.
You can understand that I don't feel at all buying in your store anymore and that now I will have to lose more time with costumer rights services.
Very unfortunate.
A happy purchase of new shoes at L&T became a nightmare!
