I went to Citi Trends @ 472 havendale blvd, Auburndale, FL 33823 with my (3) nieces. The professional and friendly clerk (Ms Gavin ?) that was helping me needed assistance she called the District Manager (Shaunielle Ledbetter) to get assistance. Ms. Ledbetter was in the back, they were communicating with one another but Ms Ledbetter refused to come to the register to assist. I asked if I could see the Manager on duty, but Ms Ledbetter REFUSED to assist. I had to wait and hold up the line for about 15 - 20 minutes this is very unprofessional and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE as a result of Ms. Ledbetter unprofessionally behavior amongst the customers and not along her employees
