Go elsewhere! I brought my kitten in because he had a horrible respiratory infection and just needed him to be treated and the doctor reece focused on things that didn't have nothing to do with the matter of us being there and didn't seem to care about my concerns just hers she at open point got rude and tried saying well 1st off, ohhhhhh no that's not how you talk to worried/upset pet owners so unprofessional! She was more worried about the snap test what the adoption agency I got him from would of done it! All they did was milk us for our money instead of really taking care of our pet. I had things done I did not approve I told her to do the medication and xrays and to let me know if anything else needed to be done if that didn't work but to let me know she did a cbc test what was not needed and a snap test, all he needed was medication and they kept adding on $678.84 to be exact! Never again the girls there are rude and have no personality or a smile! They did not listen to what I wanted done and decided to do what she wanted to do and that's not their call to do! I never received copy's of the xrays or a medical history report what I want! I will be sharing our story all over about this visit because I feel robbed and that this doctor had no right to do what she did this is a horrible location i'll never be back park ave in apopka will do our follow up not banfield! They do not care about ur pets here only the money in ur pocket and that shows 100% sat their waiting over 20 minutes for someone to come to the front they had no other pets in the hospital but ours so she had us sitting their waiting just to be rude
