Sherwin-Williams - Discrimination in Seaford Delaware Store

I went to the Sherwin Williams Seaford Delaware Store in the morning hours on March 20, 2021 to look at their selection of paint chips to decide on some colors and buy the paint. I couldn't wear a mask in their store because of medical disabilities. I was asked to put on a mask and I informed them I had a medical disability and was exempt and protected under law. The two employees working were David and Linda and they told me they didn't care and they had a sign posted and corporate wouldn't allow me to be in the store. When I informed them they were breaking the law they again said they didn't care and repeated what they had just told me. I asked for the corporate number to which the let me stand there unmasked in the store while they searched for the number (didn't even have it on hand) which took a few minutes. So, I can stand there unmasked while they fumble for a number but refuse to sell me product while being unmasked?
I came directly home and called the number they had given me and when customer service answered I asked the lady if I could speak to SOMEONE IN CHARGE because I had a legal issue with their store she transfers me to a designer in Cleveland named Rose. She informed me she could mail me paint chips and I told her is she going to send me every paint chip they had. She told me she could send up to 20. I told her I wasn't sure what I wanted and needed to see them all. So I guess I only have reasonable access to 20 different colors where everyone else has access to all colors? Still, I'm thinking I'm talking to a supervisor and explaining everything. It wasn't until I asked for her name first and last and what her title was that I found out she's nothing more than a designer for the company. She refused to give me her last name also. Earlier in the call she made a phone call to the Seaford store and told me they (employees David and Linda) said that they would bring my paint out to me. That was completely false and did not say that. How could they? I hadn't even chosen a color or kind of paint I wanted. They jumped all over me as soon as I walked in and had zero idea what I was even in there for.
They humiliated me and were cruel to a person with a disability.
Under Title 3 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) I am exempt from wearing a mask because of my medical disability. I was also not treated with one ounce of compassion or understanding. David and Linda (store employees) were very sharp in their tones and their words were unfeeling and embarrassing since there were other customers in the store. Having a disability is something I neither want nor choose but it's something I live with every day and will die from.

Desired outcome: All employees involved reprimanded and all Sherwin Williams stores to comply with the ADA laws concerning disabled persons
