Wawa - Company is not organized, need to enforce rules, and policies, and, better customer service

This morning about between 9:00 am - 9:30 am I was in WAWA at 290 S. Dupont HWY in Dover, DE at store #838. I was paying for my items when another person came behind me while I was trying to pay for my transactions. However, I stated to the male customer you are too close and it is 6 feet and he began to argue with me about what I stated to him. The cashier did not respond and stop the man from arguing with me after I am starting to him you are too close due to covid-19 and he should read the signs and know covid-19 is going on. I said to the cashier may I have my bag and he said in an abrupt voice I said it to you". I said back I couldn't hear you because the man was arguing with me and he said I was arguing with him and I was just saying to him that he is too close to me due to covid-19 and he is not giving me my space to make my transaction. The cashier did not intervene or sate to the man he should be 6 ft apart from customers. He did not enforce social distancing within the store, and that is one of the main reasons the argument started due to lack of organization and implementing proper policies and rules to customers which could avoid arguments with clients. I literally went back in the wawa to talk to manager to what happened and how the cashier was very nasty as well as the man who was actually arguing with me. I will no longer go into your establishment and spend any money at this particular wawa. It was a very horrible experience.

Desired outcome: Rules should be enforced during COVID-19, better customer service from cashiers

In other words you started an argument, and are upset that the cashier did not defend you. Face it he is a cashier not an elementary school teacher. The cashier was NOT nasty. It is not his job to break up an argument that YOU started.
