Safeway hires people whose mentality is very blue collar joe or joanna. These are just there for wages and benefits and so they are completely on a power trip over customers nowadays. The entire staff top to bottom are aligned only with what creates profit and that also includes all the soul wasted twisted perverted trans evilnania worldview. Dont shop at 450 L Street NW in Washington DC because they target older single nonblack femme. Its a distinct pattern of hostility complemented with in store walkins, druggies of color who are popular because they are blue colored. I go out of my way to avoid ghetti attitude here and Giant on Park Road. But this place gets La Boot Award from me. 2/5.
Desired Outcome: Play some wake up zombies music early in the morning. Stop procrastinating with stocking at 7am. Give all employees free coffee and pep talk on what human-centered customer service is.
