My name is Yolanda. I live in Oakwood Cove in Dallas Texas. My neighbor has a water issue with waist water, which has come to my side and underneath my home which is paid for. Misty the manager said there's nothing she can do because it is the responsibility of the home owners. Well I and my family are suffering for my neighbors problem. You would think YES would make an exception since they are responsible for problems on the lot. This is ridiculous. I've lived here since 2008 and I can't get help for a problem that's not my own. And this has been going on since November or December. I've attached pictures. And I called the Yes corporate number it's not working. [protected]
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
