YES! Communities - Standing water from my neighbors

My name is Yolanda. I live in Oakwood Cove in Dallas Texas. My neighbor has a water issue with waist water, which has come to my side and underneath my home which is paid for. Misty the manager said there's nothing she can do because it is the responsibility of the home owners. Well I and my family are suffering for my neighbors problem. You would think YES would make an exception since they are responsible for problems on the lot. This is ridiculous. I've lived here since 2008 and I can't get help for a problem that's not my own. And this has been going on since November or December. I've attached pictures. And I called the Yes corporate number it's not working. [protected]

Please know that the community management sent the maintenance team to look into this issue a few times over a month ago to check on this issue. The resident was working on fixing it and the maintenance team assisted to let the resident know where the problem was and the resident assured the community they would get it fixed. The community management team also spoke with neighbors to let them now what they were doing to help. Unfortunately, a short time the resident was in an accident and the community was not aware the issue hadn't been resolved. That being said, the community management will have the maintenance team go check it out again and see what they can do to help fix this issue.
