Hi I am making a complaint,
So about a couple weeks ago I went to The Plato's closet in Wethersfield ct. So I had at least 4 bags of clothes and a bag of shoes. The first problem is when I got there the employees had attitude. they were extremely rude and there were only high school kids working there. Also there was no adult on the floor to make sure there was nothing wrong. Every time I go there they re nasty to customers. they have no idea what they are talking about 99% of the time. The second complaint is when I went to go pick up the clothes the women told me the cloths had rips and were stained and out of style all the cloths I gave had never been worn and 99% of them had tags on them and are brand new and the other cloths had no Stains or rips and the 90s and 80s clothing is coming back and is definitely in style and all of the cloths at name brand and the lady that was serving us said that one of the sweat shirts were fake and she kept arguing with me that it wasn't when it is real. A lady that was behind me in the line had the same stuff as me and they gave her $500 for everything. I'm so upset I don't even wanna go shopping at Plato's anymore this store is ridiculous and unfair to their customers.
