I was site supervisor over 7 officers for a local client for 3 short years. I got no support from my account manager when allied employed officers decided to become insobordinate with me and when I reported a safety issue I called my account manager and he dint get back with me for over 5 business days.

The issue I had reported was a very serious one involving a violent employee and the account manager did nothing more than exploit the issue in order to get rid of me. Needless to say, I got sandbagged and the employee that I complaint about is still sitting behind the desk.

My personal statement was not even looked at after they called me to the office under the pretense that there was an investigation of the employee in question. As it turned out, it was nothing but a linching of the site supervisor (me) because I had the audacity to complain about a safety issue.

If you work for allied security my advise is not to make friends with any of the officers you work with because sooner or later they will be used by upper management against you if you hold a full time position for more than 5 years with the company.

This has been the issue with many of these outfits that recruit the worse sorts of characters in order to dump like trash after 3 years.
