Walgreens

On 3/24 Walgreens store at 1471 Whalley Ave, New Haven, CT 06515 we got passport pictures that didn’t meet the US Department of State. Went to store to get reimbursed and manager couldn’t reimburse our many. We presented the kiosk order number and barcode with the wrong pictures taken as well as a note from the passport office showing the requirements. We had the credit card used which could have used to locate the transaction. Very disappointed. Unacceptable.
