Sally Beauty Supply

Hello. For more than a month I have been trying to get assistance from Sally Beauty customer service and my local sally beauty store in East Haven, CT. I was told that the issue was resolved, but spoke with the manager, Angela at my local sally Beauty store in East Haven, CT today and she said she still can not view my rewards and there are two accounts under my name. I asked Angela to please ask her district manager to contact customer service on 2 occasions and was told that they can not help me to resolve the issue at this time.

I have been a customer there for years and would like Sally Beauty to call me and resolve the matter.
