Town Fair Tire Centers

Appointment times are not kept so when I came the day before they didn't clearly explain the significance or purpose of an appointment and told me I could walk in. Brought my car in for a rotation and told it would be a 2 hour wait. After waiting for over two hours they told me my car would be next. A half an hour after, they told me my car was done and handed me keys. They were not my keys nor was it my car! I got deleted off their electronic board and waited over 3 hours to get a tire rotation. Poor customer service!
