Citizens Bank - non-sufficient funds

I'm writing to complain about Citizens Bank, What a fraud! I have opted out of Citizens bank paying any overdrafts for me in February, but they still seem to let them go through! What is the point of opting OUT if they are just going to continue to do what they'd like. There have been numerous times when they've shown transactions completed in chronological order online, then changed the order later. They have done this to me twice this year alone leaving me with multiple $37.00 charges each time and refuse to explain or refund. Their “high-to-low” process is so outdated and needs to be revised. This latest time, the $71.01 charge from yesterday is now the last transaction, 2 checks have since gone through (which they charged me $37.00 each for) and now they are under the $71.01. So, if anything there should be one $37.00 but definitely not two fees. This is exactly what happened last time and now I'm fighting back, please let me know how to join this lawsuit or start a new one. I'm tired of the all the bank CEO's being millionaire while the middle class becomes poor due to bank fees.

Not that its worth the time or effort to reply to such a perfect person, but everyone makes mistakes once in a while, even responsible adults such as myself. But, it is not appreciate for an upstanding bank to commit fraud, why don't you check into the $137.5 Million lawsuit filed against them before you speak about something you obviously know nothing about! But, thanks for your opinion.
