King Soopers

I asked the clerk who I could speak to about getting a product in the store that I would like to see King Soopers carry, she said that it would probably have to through corporate and a form would need to be filled out but that she would ask a manager. It so happened that a manager was at the check out next to us, the clerk relayed my inquiry and the response was " we don't do that anymore there is no special order person here" That's it nothing else no customer service at all. I was very disappointed, not so much for not getting the product in the future, but the lack of care and concern for a loyal customer. The clerk that I originally asked was also upset by the answer and voiced her displeasure to me. I've always had good experiences in King Soopers and this is the first time asking about any product to be sold. I am seriously considering taking my patronage elswhere.
