King Soopers

I shop at this King Soopers every month on the same time and drop off my prescription during this period
I was having my prescription filled with in about 30 minutes each time until the last three months.
For some reason the so-called manager of the pharmacy now informs me I have to wait 2-3 hours to get the same prescriptions at the same time every month.
I thought the reason for a pharmacy in the store was to drop it off, do your shopping and pick it up when you are done.
I don't live in this area, but my Doctor and my work office are close to it, so I use this for the convenience.
It is no longer convenient if I have to wait 2-3 hours to get them filled.
I guess I will have to switch to a Walgreens or Safeway where I can complete my prescription refills and shopping in a timely manner.
Disappointed!
