Motel 6

Went to the motel 6 in Pueblo Colorado with a reservation. They refused to honor it. Said I had booked the wrong room. How do you book a wrong room? I asked for a fridge and a ground floor, was accepted and they took my money. When I got their I was told that I could "upgrade" and pay more but still would not have a ground floor. Since I can't walk and they don't have an elevator it seems a little insulting. Now they want me to register to file a complaint. How about if I file a complaint with the ADA, and what about the money you took and refused to refund? That is theft. Found out that a another person filed a complaint in court because there child was brain damaged from drug and drug paraphernalia. Story for another time. Never will I stop there again and will try to file an action but I will file a complaint with the A D A (Americans with Disabilities Act) plus file a complaint with AARP besides a minor small claims action that they have to travel 1000 miles to answer for the NON REFUNDED money taken off my credit card. So they are thieves too. I ended up in another motel that looked far better with out the M eth H eads.
