They called the police and so did i. After completing my eye exam I was told to sign in at the retail area on their clipboard. I signed it at 3:40 pm. My name was called about 10 minutes later and I was assisted by an employee who ordered the lenses and took my old glasses so I could use the same frames. I was then told to wait and I would be called when they were ready. Roughly 30 minutes later I received a text message stating that they were ready. When I went to the counter I was told to get on the wait-list.? When I tried to explain that I already had it was met with major attitude. When I began to debate it I was very smugly informed that I was welcome to a refund. Well then I began to become insistant that they give me my fully paid for glasses they said no and threatened to call police. To which I replied call them. I didn't wait. I called them. You can access the report and verify it. I believe officer lovett was the officer I spoke with. I'm proceeding with legal action and will be filling additional charges. I'm 58, with disabilities and am unable to drive without corrective lenses. Your people refused to give me my legally owned property and held against my will. Ironically demanding that I leave. Think about it. In addition i've already spoken with uhc and reported emx. I can't even use the damn glasses that I did get. It's like trying look fish eyed binoculars. Which is another irony given that the message even boasts that they completed the order in only 18 minutes. Ultimately you have messed up. Big time.
