I am complaining about the Cost Cutters at 5005 S, . Kipling Street, Littleton, CO . First, the girl there, Venus, was unbelievably rude. Obviously, customer service is not important to this company. The manager gave me $ 5 off my haircut as an apology, not gonna do it though.
I just moved to Colorado, so had not ties to a haircutter. I wanted a color and cut. Made a 2>00 appt. Got there, was told " your stylist will call you when she gets here". I was there at 1:55. At 2:15 I asked what time the stylist was supposed to arrive. Venus literally walked away from me and started sweeping floor. It ended up that was waiting for the manager who was " at a meeting". She arrived at 2:30. Another stylist started my cut. They don't even wash your hair for a cut here. They spray with water. I'm 56 years old, have lived in many places, I have never seen that. When I asked, they said, " Shampooing is extra". What? They also don't blow dry.
Never again. Did not have time for a color because of this. I had an important job interview the next day that I was trying to look my best for.
DO NOT GO TO COST CUTTERS. Ironically, a single process color STARTS at $ 49.95, though no one will tell you actual, you get " depends on length and THIN=CKNESS ( never heard that before) of hair.
Not cheap in price, only cheap in service!
