My complaint is about the customer service associate, his name is Matthew, he does not greet the customers as they walk in the door, doesn't smile or thank you after your purchase.. first time I went in to purchase car wash, he said the car wash was not working and he was not able to reset it.. as I was leaving, there was a car in the car wash and it seemed to be working fine.. (today) 8/27/2019 I stopped for fuel and a car wash, I asked him which of the car washes had the wheel scrub, he responded that he did not know.. He did say the $10 wash did undercarriage, so, I bought the $10 car wash and added another $2 at the entrance, the undercarriage was not working. I did not go back in to ask him about it, since he didn't know the difference and didn't know what each car wash offered.. my receipt # 1470105 from inside store and # 603 from adding the $2. I shop here because it is close to my home, but from now on, I will take my business else where.. thank you for listening to my complaint.
