Sally Beauty Supply

0n January 27, 2013 at 12:44 my mother andI had gone inside the store to see about some items. We had asked for help, they said had to get phone call first, turned around asked the other employee about hairsprays, she in return said she didnt have a clue. We were in there approximately 30 min trying to find what we were looking for without no help. The employees there were very rude, customer service wasn bad. After all of that we were gonna purchase approx. 45 dollars worth of stuff, handed the cashier a 100 dollar bill, she in returned said I cant cash that rudely. I do not feel that i was treated right in the first place,
anfd on the other hand your employees for that store is not doing a great of customer service. I will not go back to that store. Oh also the employyees there were taking carre of personal buisness instead of taking custmers 1st. Thank you Theresa
