I'm complaining about the employees I am a regular and it's been 3 times in a row, different girls that I go in and don't receive an acknowledgment or a hello or welcome in. I usually go for wax, and they ask if I'm a member and never acknowledge my credit until this time I asked about it, she just laughed and said oh yeah whoops. They always do that, so I told her last couple of times they did the same she just said I don't know. Very upset I'm not going to that location anymore I rather drive farther than receive such crap customer service and I will be letting everyone know not to go there either.
