La Quinta Inns & Suites - the rude customer service and lack of respect and willingness to help

10/22/2019... Is when the incident occured our friend who booked our room had left and stole my debit card... I was trying to extend our stay I asked to charge it to the card because I was told they could so I told them id call them back and I spent hours coming up with the funds just for him to say we dont use prepaids then I said alright well I guess ill just have to go to the bank and get a temp and it on my debit card he then said yeahhhh im not gonna extend your stay and proceeded to have a snobby attitude and then threaten to call the cops on me... It was rude as all hell and he suggested we were giving him the run around... I have never in my life been so offened and hurt and we are homeless but working everyday for a place to stay...
