October 21, 2020 I did my grocery shopping with my sister at the King Soopers in Englewood Colorado. I wrote the Check for $365.47 which was grocery's of
$265.47 and $100.00 cash. For many years this has been done. I am 81 years my sister is 80. She had taken the grocery's to the car. When I was told my check could not be accepted and where did the grocery's go. I was told that since I had not shopped in the Englewood store for 3 months they would only accept a check for grocery's NOT CASH. Of course other people were there. I shop at probably 5 King Sooper's most of 65 years. Never a problem.
I was embarrassed, humiliated, and with tears walking out. On my receipt it said to contact Certegy phone #[protected] or by www.askcertegy.comp
This was done except answers would only be a recording impossible to reach a person.
