Texas Roadhouse - food product

We love Texas Roadhouse and have never had a problem or bad meal. Today though the rolls weren't soft and fresh as usual but seemed over baked slightly. The ribs my husband ordered were bad as well. I ordered a sweet potato with my dinner. They brought our dinner and said if I wanted one they had a problem and would have to wait for 15 to 30 minutes to get one or I could order another side. so they waited until my dinner was brought and so ordered corn.
