The manager Tony a short guy with glasses that works at the 4609 Austin Bluffs parkway in Colorado Springs Colorado, handled a refund so unprofessionally and rude, the most terrible customer service I've ever had. I had to button a product that was defective and not working and not only did he refused to do an exchange for me for the same exact item but he also screamed at me at the register in front of the whole store instead of providing respectful information about their exchange policies. He and his associate working at the register that day named Ida were the rudest and employees I've ever encountered. Not only did I leave having to buy the same exact item again but I left very frustrated and disappointed with getting screamed at by a so-called manager that should never work in customer service again.
