they mailed out a car to my address including the pin and direciton on how to activate when the card was put in the wrong mailbox a neighbor decided to activate the card by following there instruction and withdraw money they gave me most of the money back then said i responsible for $50 because i lost the card which i never received it and they have a record of this. then they finally gave me that 50 back which allowed me to clear the account as it put the 13.77 i had back in now they turn around took the 50 back and added an extra $25 fee i not sure what kind of a business operation there running but this is not legal or ok!

I cannot Believe they have people with these attitudes Working and representing this Bank with all the Wonderful opportunities they have for people you would think Administration would be more considerate with who they hire especially in Lees Summit Mo Management is terrible.
