I purchased a walk-in tub from Home Depot back in April of this year. It was installed professionally by a plumber in July of this year. It was tested prior to install, and I filled out the warranty information. The first time I used it, the air jets stopped after 4 minutes, I had my contractor look at it as well as another opinion from a Wirenut. Plumber. They both came to the same conclusion. The pump for the air jet was faulty and shut off after 4 minutes. I started multiple conversations with Home products, they talked to me at first, and even sent out a pump, but it was the wrong one, it was for the water Jets, not the air jets. I have countless hours into this, at least 15 e-mails, phone calls, text, sending pictures, and dealing with the store directly. I would just buy a pump here and get it fixed, but they are not available anywhere. Please take a look at my case and help me. I am a 59 year old woman who has dreamed of having a Walkin tub for 20 years, and now that I got one, and spent the money, it won't work! My order number is CP67829053. My name is Marsha Bell.
