Store at 12171 Sheridan Blvd. Broomfield CO
Two complaints. 1. There are 3-4 electric handicap carts at the entrance and every time I try to shop they are out of order. This has been going on for months. I end up shopping at Lowe's because their carts are always working. I talked to a Depot manager who said they had parts ordered. Still the same weeks later. This manager doesn't care for us handicapped. Picture is enclosed.
2. Weeks later I stopped at the same store. I found a cart plugged in. I reached back to unplug it from the wall and it had a broken plug and the electric cord seriously frayed — very dangerous. I showed a lady cashier and she said she would tell a manager and get it fixed. I went back two weeks later and the same cart was plugged in for customer use and the frayed cord and bad plug was visible. I talked to a young man mgr. He was concerned and said he would take care of it. Two weeks later I went to the store. The same cart was plugged in to be used. The frayed cord and the messed up plug just like before.
This manager and cashier have no concern for the safety of their customers! This is extremely dangerous! Where else in this store are there safety issues? I need a working cart and none is available. Is this that hard. I think this management team needs training in customer service!
Desired outcome: Good safe handicap electric carts that work. Training of managers.
