On December 18, 2018 I received email notification regarding my order in Watsonville, CA with Dominos store #8302. The order used the available points on my dominos rewards account. Clearly someone hacked into my account as I live in Virginia. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman named Philipe. He advised me that he would cancel the order but that he could not refund the points that were used nor would he give me any information regarding the person/persons that hacked my account. He advised me to call corporate. I said fine and asked for the phone number for corporate. He refused to give me the number and put me on hold for 14 minutes and then disconnected the line. I then called back and he put me on hold for 13 minutes and again disconnected the line. I called again and he advised me that he spoke with his manager (whom he would not let me speak with) and advised that the manager said to call corporate. I asked him why he hung up on me intentionally, he had no answer. I said I would be happy to call corporate and again he refused to give me any contact info for "corporate". I advised him that somehow I would get the contact information and be making a complaint against him and a complaint about someone hacking into my dominos account (with personal and debit card information) and how poorly it was handled.
