Walgreens

I made an appointment for my son to be tested for COVID 19. I had to book a particular time slot. When we arrived at the Walgreens on N Demaree Visalia, Ca 93291. They informed us they ran out of tests, which the pharmacy staff had no answers to my questioning as to why they ran out as I booked my appointment days in advance. The pharmacy staff stated they were in the process of contacted customers of their exhausted supply. Which they had not called us, and we're talking with them at my son's appointment time. Plus, they said I needed to make another appointment with another store to get a test done. SMH!
