I've benn coming for many years and the manager that was there for number years was removed, the replaced him with person that only been on job not even a year.. My experience with certain person, you ask him if he can do certain things for help of temperature etc and he won't comply he argues the situation as to why.. O have never had any of us had this issue, the manager before was kind and help lot with peoples needs.. I'm now because the change and few others are looking to leave they promoted someone that has not been there that long..
