Auto Parts Prime - I was sent the wrong auto part and they refused to take it back. They will not discuss anything. They will only communicate by email.

On 8/26/2024 I ordered a Hyundai drivers' side mirror. When I attempted to get it installed, I was told that it was not the correct mirror for my car. When I called HyundaiPartsDeal.com to inform them, I was told someone would get back to me by email. I received an email stating that the mirror could not be returned "due to being an electrical part or has an electrical component". I called HyundaiPartsDeal.com and explained that the reason they gave does not apply to me because I was not sent the correct part that I ordered. I was told to send photos. I sent the photos by email and waited for an answer, which I did not receive, so I again called and spoke to someone saying that I would receive an email instructing me what to do. I received an email with the same answer stating that the mirror could not be returned due to being an electrical part or has an electrical component. I filed a dispute with my credit card, and HyundaiPartsDeal.com answered saying that the reason I gave for wanting to return the part was "Product unsatisfactory", which is not true. They sent the wrong part. Then they said "Customer accepted the return policy when she placed the order. This is not true.. I was not given any return policy when I ordered the part. When I received the part, there was no invoice/receipt included nor emailed. The mirror was not packaged, it was wrapped in bubble wrap loose in a box. Then it stated "Customer submitted an RMA request for "no longer needs" on 9/30/2024 which was not true... again, it was the wrong part. They also said "As we state in our return policy, and parts being electrical are not returnable" which obviously should not apply because they sent the wrong part. Then they stated "The customer still has the merchandise and ii is non returnable" The only reason I have the merchandise is because they refused to take it back. Apparently what this company does quite often, based on complaints, is, sends the wrong part if they don't have the correct one, and refuses returns..
