Visiting Angels

My Mom, 80 Years old and suffering from a mild form of dementia hired Visiting Angels to visit 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the evening to help with dressing, bathing, cleaning and meal preparation. At some point recently her need increased to 24 hours.
Things have come up missing, Angels were discovered to be doing their own laundry in moms washer/dryer, arriving late and leaving early and one of them was yelling at her as if she were a child.
This is not the way to treat seniors who are suffering.
